How do I create an account?
Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner. Enter your email address, create a password, and you're ready to go!
Is it free to use Yayalist?
Yes! Creating an account and listing items is completely free. We may offer optional premium features in the future.
Selling
How do I create a listing?
- Sign in to your account
- Click "+ Sell Item"
- Add photos, title, description, and price
- Select a category and your location
- Publish your listing
How many photos can I upload?
You can upload up to 10 photos per listing. We recommend clear, well-lit photos from multiple angles.
How do I mark an item as sold?
Go to your Dashboard, find the listing, and click "Mark as Sold" or delete the listing.
Buying
How do I contact a seller?
Click on a listing to view details, then use the "Contact Seller" button to send a message through our platform.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment methods are arranged between buyer and seller. For local pickup, cash is commonly used. For shipped items, we recommend secure payment methods like PayPal or our platform's payment system.
Can I save listings to view later?
Yes! Click the heart icon on any listing to add it to your favorites. Access your saved items from your Dashboard.
Account & Privacy
How do I change my password?
Go to your Profile settings and click "Change Password". You'll need to enter your current password and your new password.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile settings and click "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.
Is my personal information safe?
